Yes, indeed. The clocks "fall back" (Nov 1) at 2:00 am, and it becomes 1:00 am
Daylight Saving Time. You will have a "brighter" breakfast, you will "gain" an hour of sleep, but it will be dark when you leave the office. Of course, some of us don't have an office so it doesn't matter. Love it, or hate it, it happens Farmer's Almanac.
If you ask a lot of people, they will tell you that fall is their favorite season. The reasons vary but it's a mixture of the fact the weather is changing (in most places), and the colors are intoxicating, the temperatures drop, and it's a great time to change things up.
This year is odd because many schoolchildren are virtually learning or the schools are on rotating schedules because of Covid-19. Parents are having to juggle their work schedules.
Stress is high but maybe it's a good time to enjoy the chilly weather and get the wood stove cranking.
For me, I love to paint the fabulous colors of autumn. The leaves set my palette: red, orange, yellow, purple, and brown. The "warm colors" on the Color Wheel is a topic on my post "Color, color, and more color".
