Pen, Ink and Watercolor
Updated: Nov 10, 2020
My favorites together. Most times I outline the watercolor drawing (such as a flower) with ink (after the watercolor is dry). In this video, I use the drawing with pen and ink first (let dry) then add watercolor.
I decide which process I will use, just because. How's that, for decisive?

After the ink has dried completely I fill in the watercolor wash on the petals and leaves.. In this artwork, I added a sponged background using the same color palette as I have chosen: (pink, green, and yellow).
